Sundaze: 3BR Hideaway—96‑Jet Hot Tub & Fireplace

Fall & Winter Special! Enjoy lower rates for 2 guests (extra charge for additional guests and pets). Our restored 3‑bedroom cottage is just 20 minutes from Cape May and a 5‑minute walk to the Delaware Bay beaches and sunsets. Newly renovated, the home features a 96‑jet hot tub (installed Dec 2023) and a cozy see‑through gas fireplace that opens to the living and dining rooms. Relax in a spacious living room with a reclining sofa, two leather recliners and a smart TV with Hulu. Cook in a fully stocked kitchen with butcher block countertops, stainless appliances and a coffee bar. The dining room seats six. An enclosed front porch offers additional seating and sleeping space.

Outside, enjoy a large fenced yard with fire pit, propane grill and patio dining set. Bring your dog—pets are welcome (fee applies). The cottage sleeps 6 comfortably across three bedrooms: a king primary, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with twin bunks. The updated bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and full laundry. Linens and towels, heating/AC, Wi‑Fi and streaming TV are all provided.

This is a lovely place , I'd recomend it for a peaceful and quiet getaway. Nice hot tub too. I truly recomend .

It was the perfect little getaway for a few nights at the beach! Lots of amenities. The hot tub was our favorite part! Only recommendation would be a shade on the front door for a touch more privacy

Great getaway

My husband and I stayed for our baby moon with our two dogs. We love the location close to the beach and close enough to downtown cape May. The house had everything you could need for humans and dogs. A great backyard with tons of fenced in yard was also a plus. The house was very clean and we felt right at home. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Experience despite the weather

A wonderfully relaxing spring stay

We rented Sundaze to take advantage of my son's spring break. It was very well kitted, with everything we needed for our stay. The fenced-in yard was perfect for a pet-friendly VRBO and a real bonus. Our hosts did a great job thinking through the space and providing what you needed. The place itself is cute, clean and spacious. One thing to note - and it is not at all an issue of Sundaze - the bay side is great for walks but not particularly conducive to getting in the water (muddy, etc.). Something to be aware of if you're not familiar with the area.

Good way to start the New Year

My wife and I just needed to get away for a few days, with our dogs. This house fit the bill perfectly.The weather was on cold side but it was the wind that was brutal. We still had a great time.

Very clean nicely kept property short bike ride to beach

House was in a great location. Everything was 20 mins or less from the house: Wildwood, Cape May downtown area, the zoo, the ferry, or even aviation museum. The hot tub was really nice. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was super clean. Slight issue with check in that was resolved rather quickly.

Best beach house we’ve rented thus far

What a clean and beautiful place to stay. Felt extremely homey. The amenities were endless and it’s pet friendly. There was heavy rain the day before check-in and the front path did flood a little, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all. Regardless, the property owners reached out and expressed concern about path accessibility and even offered to send a pump out to clear the path for us. Very kind and caring owners. I would recommend this house to anyone and we will definitely be returning.

Great getaway

The house was very clean and the layout was comfortable. With the open layout, we could still be together if someone was in the kitchen or living room. The appliances are new and well maintained. The A/C units and ceiling fans kept the house comfortable. Our dog really enjoyed running around in the yard and walks down to the bay. The beach tags were great so we could enjoy time at Cape May beach, which was just a short drive away. The hot tub was also great at night to relax. The back yard was nice to play yard games and just relax. We would definitely come back again.

Extended Weekend get away

A really nice cottage in a quite neighborhood. Nice area to take the dog for a walk. Really nice kitchen and appliances. Bed rooms only had full size and twin beds. Would have been nice to have a Queen or bigger in one bedroom. TV remote was awkward but we connected PS4 to an aux output and used that for streaming apps and games. The yard is very nice. Hot tub worked great. Picnic table, grill, sitting area all good. Short walk to view the water but not much of a beach to walk. Short tracks of beach with lots of dead horse shoe crabs, brush and some trash. Not a long drive to better beach area, shops and restaurants.
