"The room I was allocated had a very bad damp smell. The housekeeper who was in the hallway immediately offered me another room and sorted it out with reception. This was great service. Sadly the rooms have not been well maintained and the cleaning is not as good as it should be. A previous guest had left an adhesive label on the bedside cabinet and also black oily finger prints on the furniture, and this hadn’t been cleaned. Also the privacy curtains were missing from the windows which made...

"Where to start, wow, from when we were dropped off, the team was amazing. They performed a traditional warrior dance with full on costumes. The ocean views, rooms, restaurants, pool side and very warming culture make this an amazing place to go, for both families with kids, and also couples wanting a romantic few days. We would HIGHLY recommend it."

"No complaints Beautiful lobby Friendly staff Great ambience"

"Secluded clean room. Was a wet damp night which made the room similar as my fault should of closed all the windows & put on air conditioning"

"Issues with TV but sorted the same day. Meals and Bar staff great. Reception friendly and helpful. House maid was always pleasant and polite. Possibly some maintenance on rooms walls and windows. Paint coming adrift and windows difficult to open."

"Beautiful staff. Lovely Culture. Magnificent hospitality."

"Although our stay was quick we appreciate how easy it was to find the property and were generously upgraded to a better room once we arrived! If you’re staying in Suva this is a great, centrally located hotel that is worth it!"
