"The building is under hard construction. The rooms are on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. The entrance is on the other side of the building which means that i had to roll all of our luggage (we had 7 large suitcases + several carryons) thru the waking zone behind the Duomo during peak hours. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."
