Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Cagliari 50 km, Punta Molentis 8 km, Costa rei 15 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. The photograph shows a typical example. The complex consists of 5 independent cottages, close to each other, all with roof terrace accessible via outdoor stairs.

Der Kühlschrank ging nicht, extrem dreckig (auch nach Nachputzen durch Agentur) - Schnecken im Bad, Ameisenstraße durch das Wohnzimmer. Kellerasseln,... NIE WIEDER

Bien, pero con gran potencial

Casa espaciosa (max. 4personas), muy bien situada cerca de playas magníficas, restaurantes y 2 supermercados. Lo negativo: está mal cuidada, poco atención a los detalles. Por ejemplo: - algunas luces no funcionaban; - salía gotas de agua del aplique de la luz cuando encendías el aire acondicionado; - no había microondas ni tostadora. Solo un pequeño horno que estaba quemado; - muchas hoyas pero un solo sartén; - la lavadora no funcionaba desde el primer día (ni lo cambiaron); - sin wifi….

Ferienhaus Carlo

Wir waren jetzt 2 Wochen In dem Ferienhaus auf Sardinien, und es war traumhaft toll. Die Lage ist super, und es befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe sehr schöne Strände. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die Innenstadt Villasimius auch in 5 min. In dem Ferienhaus hatten wir alles was wir brauchten, zudem war es auch super sauber, dass uns immer sehr wichtig ist. Die Erreichbarkeit bei Problemen ist fantastisch, die Mitarbeiter waren in 10 min da. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen :)

Meilleure maison de vacances

Un paradis dans un paradis. Avec 2 enfants en bas âges et un chien, cette maison est parfaite. Les grandes terrasses et le jardin, elle garde bien le frais. Le solarium pour faire sécher le linge en quelques heures. il ne manque rien. On peut partir à pied à la découverte de la presqu'île. C était parfait. On vous le conseille les yeux fermés.

Schönes älteres Haus mit grossartigem Garten

Super Lage (viele Strände in kürzester Distanz, Villasimius 5 Autominuten entfernt), wunderschöner gepflegter Garten. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, die Einrichtung ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Die Gärten der Häuser 2, 3 und 4 sind zur tagsüber rege befahrenen Hauptstrasse zugewandt. Klima gegen Aufpreis (1 € pro Stunde) vorhanden.

Ferienhaus Carlo

Das Ferienhaus Carlo hat einen wunderschönen großen Garten. Die Lage ist optimal. Leider war in den ersten drei Nächten die Animation des Campingplatzes sehr laut. Wurde dann aber zum Glück an einen anderen Ort auf dem Campingplatz verlegt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider sind die Möbel mittlerweile etwas ins Alter gekommen. Wir würden zu jederzeit wieder hinfahren

Die Einrichtung ist so alt, dass man aufpassen muss, nichts kaputt zu machen (Jalousien, Duschtür), wofür man dann ja per Kaution haftet.

La casa, si è presentata effettivamente per come era stata presentata sul sito. Nessun problema per quanto riguarda la prenotazione ed il pagamento. Immobile decisamente arredato con gusto e funzionale, posizionato tra decine di altre villette singole, in un contesto veramente invidiabile. Con 5-15 minuti di macchina, ci siamo spostati praticamente in tutte le calette più belle della zona. In 2 minuti, eravamo in paese. Struttura fornitissima anche per quanto riguarda le stoviglie. Il gestore si è dimostrato veramente cordiale e DISPONIBILISSIMO. Complimenti a tutti. Sruttura che consiglio vivamente
