Comfortable apartment for your holidays located in an elegant condominium in a residential neighborhood a few steps from the center of Villasimius (5 minutes walk), perfectly suitable for families and equipped with all primary services for guests. The property is well organized for every particular need: small children (cot and high chair), parking lots, beach equipment (umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels and beach games for the little ones), washing machine and dishwasher.
The accommodation is divided as follows:
First floor
- A large veranda where it is pleasant to eat both for lunch (thanks to the curtains) and for dinner;
- Large living room with table, sofa and TV corner;
Going up a couple of steps we find
- Kitchenette with stove, fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave
- Fully equipped guest bathroom (shower, sink, bidet, washing machine, equipped with an independent water heater);
- Guest bedroom with bunk bed with additional pull-out bed for possible double use, wardrobe and private balcony;
Upstairs
- Master bathroom with large shower cubicle, sink, bidet, and independent water heater;
- Master double bedroom, with wardrobe and chest of drawers and with bed for children;
- Large and private veranda where you can relax, sunbathe or enjoy the coolness in the evening, organize a romantic dinner or just drink an aperitif at sunset;
- There is ample free parking just outside the house.
My family and I will be present for the delivery and return of the keys, directly on site at the set time.

The house is equipped with an LCD TV, digital terrestrial decoder and sky decoder, Wi-Fi connection for up to 10 devices, air conditioning in all rooms, double water heater, fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, LED lights only.
The neighborhood is close to the center of Villasimius and offers various services for the citizen. It is a quiet area and suitable for families, as there are no night clubs in the immediate vicinity that can disturb the peace of your holidays. In addition, a few steps from the house there are the best services, several large supermarkets (Conad about 100 meters, Eurospin about 700 meters), renowned bars and restaurants. On Saturday morning, the traditional market is held, about 70 meters from the property, where it will be possible to buy, among other things, the typical local products.
The location of the house allows you to reach all these services without using the car.
However, the resort of Villasimius also lends itself to nightlife. The village offers various services for all tastes and all ages, in fact there are several discos about 3 km from the house.
The town of Villasimius is easily reachable from Cagliari in about fifty minutes, using the brand new SS125 (towards Muravera and Castiadas - Villasimius exit), if instead arriving from the Port of Cagliari, go along the promenade of the Port towards "Poetto". Continue following the SP17 towards Villasimius. Once in Villasimius, follow the signs for the Carabinieri barracks or elementary and middle schools.
If you are not self-employed, Villasimius is served by the Cagliari ARST service. The ARST station is located near the Port of Cagliari (Piazza Matteotti), in front of the train station, connected to the Cagliari-Elmas airport by means of the light Metro. However, I recommend you at least rent bicycles on site to enjoy the spectacular landscapes of the coast.
The location of Villasimius is ideal for getting to know the enchanting east coast of Sardinia. In addition to the fantastic beaches of the town, such as Porto Giunco (Notteri), Punta Molentis, Simius, Compulongu and Campus (Capo Carbonara Marine Protected Area), further corners of paradise can be reached within 15/20 minutes by car, such as Cala Sinzias, Monte Turnu, Cala Pira, Costa Rei and Capo Ferrato, Porto Sa Ruxi, Solanas, Torre delle Stelle and Mari Pintau.
The location of the town, just a few minutes from the Eastern Sardinian, allows you to reach the port of Arbatax in an hour's drive where you can take a splendid boat trip to visit the most beautiful coves in Europe: Cala Mariolu, Cala Sisine and Cala Goloritzè (source Tripadvisor). Energy class B.
