"Great location. Carpet was filthy and gross. In the summer heat with no AC and only a broken fan was very tough, but the handyman who came was the saving grace . It was much cooler outside in the summer heat than inside the apartment . Communication is slow. "Beatiful appartment in a nice and quiet and very clean area. The view from the balcony is superb. Just walking to the supermarket and pizzaria makes it even more comfortable. Also lying that close to the lake makes trips very easy."
