King size mattress is set on top of 2 double bed frames so the middle part of the bed is not very comfortable to sleep on, but very comfortable on either left or right side. "Well run property in heart of Fez that survived COVID-19 by running lean and mean. We were one of only three families in this ~8 room hotel owned by a family with 2 other riads nearby. Room was clean, staff were pleasant and breakfast was hearty. For the 90 euro/night fee for my family of three this was a great choice."

"The Riad building and grounds are in traditional Moroccan style and decor. Our room (Deluxe Suite) was quite spacious. We've stayed for 3 nights and our room was cleaned daily, bed linens and even the bathrobes were changed daily. "Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"

"The worst hotel of the century.. all you see on the site pictures is not what you get. The building is Very old,the Capet is very dirty that I couldn’t even use my socks to walk on it. How is this a 5 star I do not know. No satellites Chanel in the room. The only good thing is that I didn’t spend more than one night."
