"Very handy if you are getting a Eurostar or another train as the entrance is right inside the station 2 mins walk to Eurostar terminal. Friendly staff and nice big rooms, high floor rooms have great city views too!"

"This place is perfect for a stay near the train station. The breakfast was great. I was able to get a late checkout so I could be comfortable before catching the train. This area is busy. But I felt safe in the hotel. Grand Place was about 18 minutes walking. I did this solo. You might prefer to taxi. "

"Very clean and modern designed hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. No issues finding parking in the garage located under the hotel at €30 per night during my stay. Location is very quiet on weekends due to being in a governmental/diplomatic area but is bustling during the week. Many options available at the bar including some finger foods. Did not purchase the breakfast or use the restaurant during this visit. "

"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Actually, the best in Europe so far! The service is nothing short of amazing! Everyone, as in each member of the staff gives exceptional attention, care and goes beyond what is expected. From the valet to the front desk, housekeeping, and the waiters. Loved their breakfast too. They have vast selection to choose from and they tasted wonderful. Their fitness studio is a tad small but they have top of the range equipment (Technogym). I can not fault this hotel for anything. Special shout out to Julie, Amelie, especially Ilias of front desk. The perfect hosts of this 5-star hotel. Sorry if I forgot the names of the others as there's so many of them! Such wonderful people. "
