"The room I had was cute with a balcony and high ceilings. There was a fan and a AC. The location is great- within 10 mins walk from the Duomo, Uffizi and Accademia. Lots of restaurants nearby to eat. Tram station is 5 mins walk. Front staff was very helpful. It is a bit hard to find if you follow the directions from the map in Expedia but easy to figure out with the street number."
