"The property is well located, only 15minutes walk from the station and easy to find thanks to the straightforward instructions provided by Andreas team. The common area provided snacks, juices, teas and filter water. The room was clean, spacious and the bed wae comfortable. The tv had all the apps which was good after a long day exploring. "Good spot with a great terrace for trying out a bottle of Tuscan wine. Not in the city center but close enough to walk or use a short cab ride. It’s not fancy but we found it comfortable."

"We had the Suite and it was absolutely stunning! Very clean and spacious room with an amazing bathroom! The room has a steam shower room which was great! The staff were also very friendly. We liked chilling in the garden in the evenings. Overall, we would definitely stay here again! "

"It goes above and beyond for the expectations for a 2 star hotel. Also it has free parking , which in Florence is great. Breakfast was good and varied. The area is beautiful, calm and silent, we really slept well and our room was warm in a cold winter night. It’s basic but what do you expect from a 2 star place? It has some common area in the outside, which is ok for summer. But it need means of transport for Florence, so if you go out at night you’ll have to take a taxi (20 euros). This place...

"The property was pretty, the views were great, our room was huge, and, the bed was comfortable with a jetted tub. For those who travel here, it is great if you have a car or taxi as it is a 1/2 mile up a steep long driveway. I also suggest that guests bring snacks and beverages as there are none on the property and it is hard to find staff if you have questions."

"We stayed in the Residence Johanna, rather than Hotel Bonifacio across the road. It was more like a hostel in an apartment with a shared common area and fridge with people coming and going late into the night (including other permanent residences in nearby apartments within the building). Staff were polite and the Italian breakfast (croissants, yoghurt, coffee) was quite good. However the bed was so hard and it was so loud with people going at night it was three nights of very poor sleep. I...
