Can Salvà Country house in a magnificent rural

The country house stands just outside the small town of Vilobí d’Onyar and you get to it along a quiet road. Entrance to the property is through a metal gate along a paved road with parking outside. The grounds of the property are completely fenced in and there is a large garden with grass with different spaces, pool, barbecue and play area.

To one side of the entrance of the house is a lovely porch with a covered terrace with a long table and chairs, the perfect place for eating outside and enjoying the winter sunshine or the cool summer evenings.

The interior of the house is arranged over two floors.

GROUND FLOOR

Access is through the garden. Large kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, a wooden table and chairs, with a door leading to the outdoor porch. Lounge with sofas, TV, fireplace and door leading to the garden. Dining room with long table and chairs, piano, bookcases. On this floor there are two double bedrooms with two single beds in each and a full bathroom with a shower.

FIRST FLOOR

Going up some stairs you come to the first floor with a central sitting room leading to all the other rooms, which has armchairs and lovely views outside and of the garden: two double bedrooms with double beds, one of them a suite with private bathroom with bath, one bedroom for four guests with four single beds and a full bathroom with bath. Two cots are available for small children. From the bedroom suite and the central sitting room you can get to the upper terrace with clothes lines, washing machine, sink and views of the pool.

There is a safety gate at the top and bottom of the stairs making it safe for small children.

Wifi throughout the house, heating and parking.

OUTSIDE


Magnificent outdoor area, with zones for doing different activities, completely fenced in. Garden with grass around the house, pool area enclosed by wooden fence for use during the summer, with sun loungers, sun shades and outdoor furniture. Built-in barbecue area, sink and place to cook with paella pan and butane gas cylinder for cooking rice or other dishes, with tiled flooring and table and chairs. Next to this is the play area with football goalposts, trampoline and swing. Relaxation area with hammocks from Guatemala.

Around the property there are several trails to explore the beautiful countryside nearby. You can go walking or cycling, because close to the house is the cycle path which goes to Girona and the Costa Brava.

Bright spacious kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils: four gas stoves and two electric ones, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, blender, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee capsule machine and all the necessary tableware. Wooden table and chairs.

Lounge-dining room: sofas, TV, coffee table, fireplace, wooden table and chairs, bookcases, piano and door leading outside to the garden.

All the bedrooms have bed linen, wardrobes and bedside tables.
