"The staff at check in was great. The breakfast was good. Housekeeping wasn’t all that great. They were very nice but when they cleaned our room they missed vacuuming and still found trash in the room."

"We had a great stay at the Conway Courtyard. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly. This is a new property and everything was in excellent condition and pristine. We had a suite and it was huge! Very close to restaurants and shopping and about a 7 minute drive to UCA campus. Highly recommended and will stay here again! The only downside is breakfast is not included, but there is a Starbucks bistro in the lobby and also a Starbucks about a minute away. Great area and...

"The property was generally clean and inviting. The staff texted daily to check in although they didn’t respond to my text response. Why do hotels claim to be great but then try to get by with cheap, crappy pillows? Same here. Not impressed with pillows however the towels were nice. There was only one trash can in our room which was bad. We had to bag all trash is a separate bag and leave on floor. Also we were charged a $4 service charge on top of breakfast for ordering breakfast (not room...
