We had one tour scheduled to start early in the AM so the staff was eager to prepare a breakfast for us to eat in our room as their breakfast time did not start until 8:30. "We feel very lucky to have been able to reserve a room with a lovely panoramic view of Valparaiso and the bay. The staff were amazing, and the location excellent. We happened upon the Concepcion funicular, an inexpensive way to get down to the harbor area. The neighborhood has many walking tours to look at the street art. A shout out to the staff—Karen who checked us in and was so helpful, Pablo the manager and Melissa on the afternoon shift. Loved this hotel and would choose this one again. "

"Very cozy hostel. Location is really good. It’s safe. And has great kitchen area for cooking your own food. Also has a bar available. Rooms are well kept and showers and bathrooms are in abundance and always kept clean. Staff are very very helpful and friendly. Wifi is really good here. Great place for backpackers"
