"Normally we are very happy with our stays at your hotel, which is why we chose it again for our recent visit in the apartment. However, this time we experienced a few issues that we wanted to share. There was no towel or cloth available in the apartment to dry the plates we used. We asked for some towels, but unfortunately we did not receive any. Since the apartment includes kitchen amenities, it would be helpful to have something available to dry dishes. In addition, the hairdryer stopped working after about one minute of use. We mentioned these issues to the staff during our stay and were told they would pass the information on to management. We wanted to follow up so you are aware of it. Overall we still enjoy staying at your hotel, and we hope these small issues can be improved for future guests."

"We had hoped to check in early but we sat waiting in the lobby for 3 hours while the room wasn't ready. Had we been told there was no chance we would have go out and explored vs just sitting. English is not spoken nor understood by the serving staff. Our meals/drinks were a challenge to order and yet the vast majority of guests were english speaking. Don't ask to split the bill as this isn't understood nor is the 15% discount on food/beverages we were expecting based on booking with expedia as a vip guest. "

"This is by far the best value-for-money hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is very professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is perhaps one of the best in Santiago. It is located in a quiet and safe street, surrounded by restaurants and stores. If you ever stayed at The Chandler Hotel in NYC, the Capital Bellet Hotel exceeds it in value by miles. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Santiago."
