Holiday apartment in a quiet location near the beach and the city

This recently renovated holiday apartment is located in Vinaros, in the beautiful Boverals district. It is situated in a sunny and quiet location in a very well-kept complex with a beautifully green garden, a large 20 m pool, and a shallow children's pool, available only for guests and owners (the pools can only be used from June till September). The apartment has a direct pool view and indirect sea view (depending on the cut of the greenery), and it is only a 2-minute walk from Dels Cossis beach.

Several restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, and after approximately a 15-minute walk, you can reach other sandy beaches, the beach promenade, the city center with its market hall, bars, restaurants, cafes, and various shopping options. Also, within about a 15-minute walk, there are at least five supermarkets, including two large Mercadonas and a Lidl.

The apartment has air conditioning (with heating function) with units in the living room and the main bedroom, stone heating plates (for cool days), a fireplace, a balcony with furniture, a sun umbrella, and beach chairs. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and private bathroom, and the other with two single beds. The two bathrooms are fully equipped with toilets, sinks, and bathtubs or showers. A hairdryer, soap, toilet paper, and shampoo are also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine, and more.

Small dogs are welcome upon prior arrangement. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is permitted on the balcony.

Upon prior arrangement, pickup from Vinarós train station or Castellón airport is possible.

The apartment comes with an exclusive parking space in a locked underground garage, and public parking spaces are available in front of the apartment.

Long-term rental is also possible.
