Please Note: This property has a strict No Party & Event Policy. It is in a high residential area and we will not tolerate any parties, large gatherings etc that disturb the quiet street.

Security bond:
A security bond of $500 may be required depending on your method of booking.
You will be advised at the time of booking if a bond is required.

Arrivals and departures:
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check-in, we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.
$50 BBQ cleaning fee will be applied if the BBQ is left unclean after use.

Please Note: The property has a strict no party policy. No Hens / Bucks / Schoolies / Large Gatherings etc. This will not be tolerated and will result in termination of your holiday stay and no refund of bond paid either.
