Nestled between Nelsons Beach and Blenheim Beach, this beautifully designed, modern 4 bedroom ground floor duplex with garage, features only the highest quality fittings and fixtures.

Enjoy making holiday memories with family and friends while entertaining in the large well equipped kitchen and dining area or relaxing in the bright and airy lounge area with comfy lounges, wifi, and ducted conditioning or open up and enjoy the fresh air on large rear undercover entertaining area with BBQ and plenty of space for everyone to gather for meals.

The master bedroom will impress with a king size bed, walk through robe, ensuite and direct access to the rear entertaining area.  

Enjoy your ultimate escape in the heart of Jervis Bay with an array of outdoor activities like swimming and snorkeling or just laying on the white sands of Nelsons Beach all within walking distance from your front door.

Only minutes from the world famous Hyams Beach and the very special Booderee National Park, as well as the neighbouring town of Huskisson where you can find many trendy cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping.

There are a range of local activities to experience like freediving, dolphin and whale watching, as well as kayaking, paddle boarding, boat and bike hire.

Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds and this property also provides linen. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats. (Portable cot and high chair available on request) Maximum guests: 10 guests, Maximum adults: 8 adults. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: King bed, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, Bedroom 4: Two set of single bed bunks. (Top bunks not suitable for adults)

Off street parking and single garage parking with foosball game table. External security cameras monitor the driveway.

There is a top floor duplex which also sleeps 10 guests. If you have a larger group you can book both! The other duplex is called The Lookout.

Belle Escapes Jervis Bay offers privately owned homes in residential areas for the purpose of family holidays or a relaxing getaway. Great Location

Overall this property was great. It was very functional, great access to beach and a lovely outlook. There are a few things we noticed during our stay that would make it even better. Being a duplex the people renting upstairs have access to their accommodation through the backyard of the downstairs apartment. They also have beach shower downstairs right beside the downstairs entertaining area. This access could be screened far better and the shower should have a solid screen as it was quite uncomfortable for people to shower right beside the downstairs entertainment area. The kitchen needed more knives. There was an iron but no ironing board. There were no tea towels. It would be great to have more casual outdoor seating. One couch for a house that sleeps 10 isn't quite enough. The couches inside are also very small and not overly comfortable. Once again a house that sleeps 10 would benefit from larger more comfortable couches. Fans in the bedrooms would make a huge difference to comfort also. Overall, very good but with a few improvements it could be excellent.
