"Friendly staff, the manager knew my name. The entire check-in was miraculously easy - Are you so&so? - Yes I am. - Welcome, here is you key, room # is to the right. That was it. Big smile from the manager lady and cannot-be-simpler blasting speed check-in bit any 4- & 5-star hotel I have been to. In other words, easy going relatable approach goes a long way. the hotel room was neet and appeared nicely renovated. All rooms are at the upper level of a big estate, which is a big dinning venue downstairs.
The hotel itself is part of a vibrant local community with shops and cafes around. No noise issues in the room. 2 free vouchers for drinks at the sport bar downstairs. Nice collection of teas in the room. The room with a porch/balcony, coffee table outside and with the views on a bay. Well done, Huskisson Hotel, keep it up! "
"This property is great for a group; plenty of bedrooms, enormous living room & both indoor and outdoor dining tables. The bedrooms were quite warm as only had fans no ducted aircon, but the pool was great to cool off in. We had 1 issue with 1 bed not been made on arrival but thankfully had a set of linen with us - if we hadn’t then this would have been a big problem as the pull out couch bed without linen is not very appealing. A cleaner was able to come the next day, however we didn’t receive any compensation for the delay. "

"Our super helpful host met us on arrival and showed us around the property which is located in a very quiet suburban street away from shops and traffic. The accommodation is spacious for two people with a nice view of the ocean in the distance. Ideal for a quiet stay."
"If you have an extended family of 3 couples and 2 children (max) then this property is definitely for you. It has a great living, cooking and dining space that is seriously well equipped. There is no air conditioning in this area but tbh even though one of the 3 ceiling fans was broken during our stay it was perfectly fine, even in 34 degree temperatures.It has a good position near the beach, plenty of outdoor space and plenty of parking. Don’t look behind the sofas or the beds or those not so obvious places because you know what you will find but the important places were very clean. I would much prefer the loos, floors, sinks, showers and surfaces were clean than to have dust and cobweb free shutters (although both would be nice). We thought it ticked all the important boxes but if you want every fan, lamp and electric device to work and you want perfect soft furnishings then good luck finding anywhere better.We enjoyed our stay and we would return for sure. temperatures "
