"Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room has a good size and no bad smells like other hotels we stay in Rocky Mountain area. Breakfast only serves coffee, yogurt, breads and fruits. The waffle making is relatively easy. No eggs or veggies Overall it’s in good location and takes about 20-30 minutes walk to downtown area"

"Our King room was clean and comfortable! Access was good! Meals at the casino were very good. Had fun at the Casino and drove downtown to enjoy Bronco Billy play also! Check in and out was good."

"I stay in a lot of hotels and most of the time I don't take the time to make a review but the Villa Motel deserves a review. Here's why. There must be at least 200 motels in the general Manitou area most are non-descript. From the road Villa Motel falls into the "non-descript" category. It's a 1940's looking building with a pool out front. The first time I stayed there, it was not by choice but rather because I was too tired to continue. But, my view changed the minute I went into the room. Everything is immaculate - clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The internet worked well, the TV perfect, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom fully modern. The best part is the friendly family that runs the place. They have operated this hotel for three generations and take great pride in both the property and in making people happy. I heartily recommend it if you want to be near everything in Manitou Springs."

"I love how quaint the hotel is, the breakfast furnished and the view from the room. The proximity to the shops in Manitou Springs, the gas station, restaurants, convenience store, grocery store, Starbucks, shuttle bus and all of the sights and attractions to to visit was very convenient."
