The apartment comes equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, towels & area maps.

NOTE: This apartment is located on a property with two other rental spaces on it. There is a single family house in the front, and a mixed use building in the back. The first floor of the building is a commercial office space, and the 2nd floor is the subject apartment. There is plenty of privacy, but guests should be aware that other tenants and vehicles do share the driveway.
