Pretty and peaceful new house with private pool, located in Vinezac, South Ardèche. Vallon Pont d'Arc is only 30 minutes by car (25 km).The house is 10 min walking (1 km) from center of village. Possibility of bike rental very nice rental in Pradons. The entire villa is dedicated to you. Nestled among the vineyards, between the « Gorges of Ardèche » and the park of « Les Monts d’Ardèche ». Three large bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, reverse heating pump (ground cooling), large living and dining room open onto a large terrace giving you direct access to the pool. Availability of a gas plancha for your barbecue.
The house has a concierge service. You can contact Sandrine for any questions related to the accommodation or organisation of your stay. She can offer you addional services (baby sitting, ice-cream delivery, brunch and regional products…)
A cleaning fee (140 euros) must be added to the service. Option of linen (bed, towel, hand towel) from 20 euros per person.
