Community Pool, Fishing Ponds, Hot Tub, Large Family Room-SINGLE STORY

Don’t let our lack of reviews scare you off. We have been renting our beautiful property for ten years. All of our reviews except one were 5 star. Upon retiring this last year, VRBO would not allow an email name change from work to personal email account so we had to completely start over with a new VRBO account. They would not even transfer all our wonderful reviews over to the new account. They do this to avoid fraud of someone pirating another person’s property. Oh well :)

There are very few hosts on Grand Lake who have been taking care of guests as long as we have.

Our home is extremely well stocked with most anything you would need during your visit. Cooking pans, utensils and dishes for a large group. Our mattresses are pillow top and one of our guest's favorite amenities. We have a fire pit in the back yard and sitting area on the front overlooking the ponds and streams down to the lake. Many kids have caught their first fish in our ponds. We supply corn hole game, multiple board games etc. If you have an older family member or physical ailment or kids that aren't ready for stairs this rambling ranch is perfect for you. Nice yard for kids to play in as well as a large hot tub with multiple seats with different pressure point jets. No need to overpack. A wonderful Reasor's grocery store, Dollar General, Hardware stores and multiple restaurants are 1/3 mile from the property. The community pool is perfect for kids who don't want to get in the lake. Welcome to bring bikes or scooters as well. We are flexible on check in and checkout times if we don’t have guests arriving or leaving same day.
