Rustic Villa Bartola for relaxing vacations in tranquil environment

We would like to welcome you to our 140 years old, fully renovated and cozy home in Vinodolska Valley. The villa which has been in our family possession since the time it was built, features traditional style and has lovely brick arched ceilings on the ground floor, as well as 60-80 cm thick walls which will protect you from the summer heat and will probably render A/Cs unnecessary. The courtyard of the house is enclosed by a 2.80 - 3.00 m high stonewall fence which offers complete privacy to our guests. This security feature is highly appreciated by parents with small children and pet owners. The villa can accommodate six persons and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is spacious with a large kitchen, a living room, hallways, patios, a game room and a terrace. Garden also features an old water well. The neighborhood is tranquil with few neighbors and surrounded with almost undisturbed nature. The villa offers private parking and free WIFI. Our place is close to family-friendly activities such as cycling (Tour of Croatia's track just meters away), hiking, paragliding, horseback riding, fishing at the sea or lake, or enjoying the nearby beaches. You can also visit island Krk or old towns in the vicinity. The villa is situated 6 km from the nearby beaches in Crikvenica, 17 km from Rijeka international airport and 22 km from Rijeka.

Schöner Urlaub in einem sehr schnen haus...
Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb von Crikvenica. Es ist ein sehr schönes altes Haus mit einem tollen Garten. Allerdings gibt es im dritten Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage, daher war es jetzt im Hochsommer nicht wirklich zu nutzen. Daher hat dann eine person nur auf einer Matratze im 2. Schlafzimmer geschlafen Auch das Bett dort müsste mal erneuert werden. Dazu fehlten uns im Garten noch ein paar Liegen, da es leider nur eine "richtige " und eine "kurze" Liege gab. Schade war auch dass man das Hoftor nicht abschließen konnte, wir also somit die Hunde dort nicht ohne Aufsicht lassen konnten. Die Vermieter waren aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der Garten wurde von einem Mitarbeiter regelmäßig gewässert. Alkes in allem ein wirklich schöner Urlaub.

Natur pur und Ruhe vor dem Alltagsstress
Ein kleiner Tip für die Anreise, nicht nach dem Navi fahren, einfach an die detaillierte Beschreibung des Vermieters halten. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die W-LAN Anbindung war ausreichend. Die vielseitigen Ausflugstips des Vermieters haben uns nicht enttäuscht. Für Fragen war er jederzeit zu erreichen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten uns in der Ruhe der Villa vom Alltagsstress erholen. Zu den Stränden nach Crikvenica, Novi Vinodolski oder nach Krk ist es nicht weit. Wandern, radeln oder ein Ausflug mit dem Quad in den umliegenden Wäldern und Bergen war für uns und unsere beiden Kids (17+19) ein Highlight des Urlaubs. Nach jedem Ausflug haben wir uns auf unseren Rückzugsort in der Villa Bartola gefreut. Wir können diese nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Villa, fast eine kleine Burg.
Die Villa liegt etwas abseits von Grizane und bietet die Möglichkeit, sich dort gut zu erholen. Die verschiedenen Terrassen und die Wiese ermöglichen es, schöne Tage in der Villa und dem Garten zu verbringen. Wir hatten auch viel Spaß beim Kicker spielen. In der Gegend kann man gut wandern und mit dem Auto ist man In wenigen Minuten am Meer. Die Villa wurde liebevoll restauriert und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit passenden Möbeln. Diese Villa empfiehlt man gerne weiter. Entgegen vorheriger Beschreibungen, waren wir mit dem WLAN zufrieden.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus, in ruhiger Lage, mit netten Nachbarn
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Wir hatten mit 6 Personen und einem Hund mehr als genug Platz. Die Natur ist direkt vor der Haustür aber auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mühelos zu erreichen. Unser Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar und hatte auf Nachfrage super Ausflugstipps parat. Wir würden gern wiederkommen und sprechen eine klare Empfehlung aus.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, dass mit viel Liebe renoviert und eingerichtet wurde.
Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage hat die Nächte sehr angenehm gemacht. Eine zweite Sonnenliege wäre sehr schön gewesen. Das WiFi ist verbesserungsbedürftig - eine Lösung über Satellit würde hier Abhilfe schaffen - aber alles gut. Das wir uns den Balkon mit schwarzen Riesenameisen teilen mussten, fanden wir nicht so angenehm. AAABER .... ein wirklich mehr als zu empfehlendes Haus. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder Urlaub machen.

Sehr schönes Haus, freundliche Besitzer. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
Wir verbrachten zu sechst zwei unvergessliche Wochen (Ende August bis Anfang September 2018) in Kroatien.... auch Dank des sehr gut ausgestatteten Hauses. Traumhaft gelegen. Ruhe und Entspannung pur. Dennoch vielfältige Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten in einem Umkreis von 6 km. Was will man mehr? Die Internetbandbreite ist etwas dürftig [dafür kann aber der Besitzer nichts ;) ...] Vielen Dank nochmals, wir kommen gerne wieder freundlichste Grüße aus Nürnberg

Wonderful house
Lovely place! House surrounded by greenery, under the mountains but close to the beaches; equipped with all comforts. The owners are very nice and the garden is an enchanted place!
