Enjoyed talking to Hector the lifeguard and Christian at Portofino was excellent. Missed having a buffet dinner option. The restaurants are just ok. Location is in San Jose far from crowds in private community so felt safe. Swim out pool not worth it, tiny and no great views to ocean really just to gardens. Beach is not for swimming like most places. A 10 on cleaning. Some of the furniture is dated."
