"This hotel is extremely well located, the room had a very comfortable bed and the swimming pool was beautiful.
The staff are very nice and helpful.
Although the cleanliness of floors, stairs, and carpets in common areas is acceptable, for a 5 star hotel it can still be improved."
"great location. clean and spacious rooms. friendly and hardworking staff. Especially the person who ran the dinner by himself. awesome view from the roof top and some rooms. thank you"
"Myra at the front desk was amazing!!! Gave us great suggestions for dinner and even called and made reservations on our behalf. The property was centrally located, clean and well maintained. Thank you Myra for a great experience!! We will be back!"
"The hotel is located closely within Perugia bars, restaurants and shops which is easily accessible by walking and pram friendly the escalators is close to the car park. I need to shake the persons hand that installed them. Great hotel"
"The location was ideal for my family, close to restaurants and the sites but not crowded. The room was a good size. The shower was a bit small and needed some repair as the water kept leaking out of the basin. The door is a bit loud and you can hear people coming in and out of their room because of the loud clicking. The maid service was great as we definitely needed fresh towels and a dry bath mat. Overall good for two nights in Perugia. "
"In regards to the actual location of the hotel, it was excellent. However, there were some issues regarding the room location in the hotel itself. We had several heavy bags and my parents who are elderly, had to go upstairs, after leaving the elevator, and we had lift these heavy suitcases to get to their room. It would’ve been beneficial to know about this prior to booking these specific rooms as we probably could’ve made arrangements to have something more accessible."
