"Beautiful old apartment in historic Gubbio. Elena and Frederica were easy to deal with and met us to direct us to apartment. Even had a garage!(small cars only). Home had beautiful garden that could be accessed from living room and bedroom. Floors, ceilings, wooden beams all over 500 years old! Such beauty. "The hotel is overall good, some staff was not very on top of things, keep asking the same questions, assigning wrong rooms. The breakfast was just OK. Restaurant food was not very good. Overall the rooms are clean, well equipped and maintained, air condition is very good during summer, rooms are a little small. The hotel location is super convenient, right next to the bus stop and elevators."

Very helpful multi-lingual staff, whether giving advice or directions, selling mini-metro transit passes, or storing luggage. Easy to access hotel from bus station via moving stairs (escalator), near to mini-metro line to get to/from main train station. A great summer stay in a great Umbrian city!"
