"Excellent location, 5 minute walk straight to the Basilica. Large room, comfortable bed, full mini bar and coffeemaker. Nice breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend."

"It's a large hotel, with nice but standard rooms, full bath. It's fully committed to its chocolate theme, which makes it a little kitschy, but has an amazingly large breakfast with both sweet and savory items. It's located outside the center, so a bit of walk uphill to the center, or you could take public transport (bus or Mini-metro). The hotel has free, easy and ample parking, so it could be a great base for exploring nearby towns."

"Very beautiful place. Convenient and accessible to both the entrance to assisi town and the basilica of sy francis. Less than 5 minute walk"

"Excellent!! Nice breakfast, room very clean, WiFi and AC available."

"I would say this, probably has the best air-conditioning in all of Umbria! Extremely clean, moderately comfortable with a very nice breakfast. Above all, the staff were as charming as Umbria itself."

"Beautiful hotel with a view to St. Francis Church. Perfectly located to walk to all shops and restaurants. The rooms were small but cozy and good bathrooms. Very clean and friendly and helpful staff."

"A big hotel but very comfortable. "

"Pour une première expérience à Assise, nous avons été ravis d'avoir choisi cet hôtel, le personnel très accueillant et serviable, parlait le français, de bon conseil, le petit déjeuner copieux. Proche de la garde d'Assise à 5-8 minutes à pieds. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter."
