"The location was great, super easy to hop on the trolley right outside the front door and get to bourbon street etc! Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Our main issue was that over the course of our three night stay our room wasn’t cleaned once/we didn’t get fresh towels or soaps unless asked for from the front desk. The pool area was nice but it is quite a trek to get there since it is in an attached building and through multiple winding hallways/elevators. Definitely wasn’t heated so we ended up not swimming in it but instead enjoyed the rooftop area to decompress after a long day of walking."
