"Upon entering the hotel, many teams were waiting upon check-in. There were two property staff members arguing in the lobby- which quieted everyone. One staff member yelled that the hotel does not wash its blankets, while the other lady who seemed to be in charge, refused to let anyone in their hotel early. "The staff were pleasant. The hotel was dirty. When I got there and walked up the stairway to get to my room it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Going down the stairs the door handle leading to the next floor was not working I could not get out.
