"Awesome house for large groups on top a hill, secured. Laundry doesn't work, rats at night but keep everything locked and you're good! Beautiful place in general the owner of this place must have been a happy guy while at home. If you got a feeling for old stuff come to this house. If you're picky about your place to stay the stay away. I would recommend this house 100 %. Vibes"

"We loved JP's house and the view. Nice location on top of the hill in Villafranche. Convenience store about 5 minutes walk down the hill, town a 20 minute walk down the hill or a short car ride. Lots of cabs in town for the steep walk back. Centrally located for train rides throughout the Riviera. Would definitely stay here again."

"The view is amazing and Giorgio and Dennis were so helpful and very kind . The villa is huge but is a little run down with several areas just not maintained . The pool urgently needs repainting as paint is coming off everywhere so is concerning with children . Shutter in main bedroom had not been repaired so you were awoken by sunrise every day . Projector in cinema room did not work and was not replaced . Marble floors were lovely but carpet in main bedroom was very stained and worn ....

"The house has wonderful views of the bay at Villefranche sur mer. Outdoor spaces were perfect for the family, lots of space for the children to use and explore. The house is located near the train station and is only a few mins downhill walk to the beach. The bus to Nice or Monaco stops right outside so we didn't need a car. The ideal place for a family holiday."

"The apartment is lovely and the view is spectacular. We were very happy there. Your cleaning service is not doing a good job. The kitchen countertops and the outside of the kitchen cabinets feel dusty and greasy. They cleaned twice when we were there and the first time they didn’t dust any services nor did they even touch the kitchen countertops. The second time we specifically asked them to dust or clean all surfaces and they still skipped the ledges in the master bathroom, all of them. ...
