In addition, the room was not clean—there was a moth in the bathroom and a vodka bottle beside the bed when we first entered. Due to these issues, I will not be booking a stay here again."

"The hotel staff were extremely rude and unhelpful i had to make a report with the department of justice because they illegally charged me a pet fee for mine and my wife's service animals when I informed them it was not legal to do so the guy changed his wording and said it was just a regular deposit though I ha proof that I was charged two separate deposits. One for 50b then another for 150 after I disclosed that I had service animals"
