"Highly recommend for a budget friendly option. The location of this hotel was perfect for folks hoping to avoid the crowds at VA Beach. The hotel is nestled between residential neighborhoods just north of Virginia Beach -- there is a restaurant/bar on site with Virginia Beach restaurents a short drive away (not walking distance). It's an older facility and as such, the common areas are a bit dated -- but the rooms are large, decor/bathrooms are updated and the beds are SO comfy. There is garage...

"A few bugs in the room caused us to make sure we kept everything off of the floor. We were in a ground floor room."

"I like a lot of things about the room, the view and tub in the room (ocean front) was great. I liked how close we was to the beach and with that the parking was great for unloading and loading your beach supplies back into your vehicle. But the biggest problem we had was the ac was not working correctly or couldn’t keep up with the demand of everyone staying. It got close to 98 outside and our room was well over 85 degrees.
