The property layout was very good with very easy access to the boardwalk and beach. Interior layout of the room was excellent and the hot breakfast was outstanding - good selection of food, drinks and plenty of seating. Room was very clean and did not require any room housekeeping during our entire stay. All staff members were cheerful and courteous.

Hotel is a bit dated in some areas, but kept up pretty well. Staff were friendly, especially housekeeping. Nice breakfast, especially the waffles!
