We were in town for a concert and beach day so the Knights Inn was a good halfway point for a reasonable in season price. We were two women traveling separately. They gave us a second floor room with view of lot so we would feel safe. Lots of restaurants and shopping choices in the area. There’s a big mall across the street. Staff was working on the property full time. I would stay here again.

Ok I read the reviews after I reserved and I admit I was a bit nervous but I was pleasantly surprised. 1. The rooms were very clean, VERY CLEAN. All bedding, towels, and wash cloths were clean and ice white, absolutely no stains or odors. Where many hotels will have colorful comforters on the bed, no telling if they are clean, this inn used white coverlet bedding spread that was absolutely WHITE. 2. Staff were very nice, helpful, and went above and beyond to satisfy our stay. Very courteous, polite, and respectful. 3. Microwave and refrigerator were absolutely CLEAN & ODOR FREE. Refrigerator was nice and cold. 4. Water pressure and hot water temperature was excellent! 5. Location of this inn simply cannot be beat for the price. I want to express one thing, the inn is not an up to date fancy stay, sure one can argue the bathroom and furniture could use an upgrade but my room was clean from top to bottom, staff was more than helpful and extended themselves to ensure we were comfortable, and the location was walkable. This stay is less than 15 minutes to the beach. Sure the inn could use some cosmetic upgrades but this inn is a fantastic value. If one was to invest to upgrade this inn, I can guarantee you the price will increase and it would be worth it because the location is great. It’s not fancy but it exceeds all the necessary needs one wants to have a great nights rest.

The room was okay, as you get what you pay for as they say. It could use a good cleaning, but not filthy. The beds were great. Some noise from the neighbors next door arguing, but really a quiet place other that. We were disappointed in the breakfast as it was only cold cereal, bagels with light plain cream cheese, small muffins, coffee and juice. One morning there were no napkins so I asked the front desk for napkins and she said she had to wait for the manager to go get some more. For me the convenience of the location was key as it was 5 minutes away from my son's home.
