The Good Stuff is a tasteful union of classic Sandbridge cedar paneling, beautiful architecture, and clean, modern aesthetics. It has all 'the good stuff' for a fabulous beach vacation. The living room, with its cedar cathedral ceiling and clerestory windows to the west, is bathed in wonderful light all day long. The slightly elevated dining room and kitchen provide ocean views while dining and preparing meals. Enjoy that first morning coffee just off the great room, in the bright, airy sunroom with expansive ocean views.

Upstairs, the four bedrooms are set in an 'H,' providing privacy from the gathering area. Two master suites, one king and one queen, are located on the north side, while on the south side the twin and queen bedrooms share a hall bath with 2 sinks.

The new downstairs bunk room and king master suite are also situated to provide privacy from the main living area. The master suite has a calm aesthetic, and the bathroom has a partial 9' ceiling. The bunk room suite is a child's joy and a fun adventure with cousins. There are 3 sets of built-in bunks in an area with elevated ceilings. The kids will enjoy settling in to their own bunks, each with a window and a cubby that can hold books, toys, or devices and is equipped with a charging outlet and a switch to control a reading light. Top bunk cubbies include switches for the lights at the stairs, so middle of the night bathroom trips are safe. There is a dedicated bright, spacious, fully tiled bunk bathroom which has been designed to maintain privacy for simultaneous users. The main area has a trough sink with 3 spigots, a set of cubbies for toiletries, etc. and a long row of hooks for towels. The private areas include a toilet room with full door, a bathtub room with a stall door, and a shower compartment including a dry changing area with a stall door. Both the shower and tub have handheld shower heads for convenience.

Outside there are four deck levels, and an outdoor shower and cabana half bathroom for easy access. With a wood boardwalk over the dune that helps keep feet off the hot sand, this is the spot to make a lifetime of memories for you and your family!

All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
