I love that is was a condo style with the living area and bedroom separated by the kitchenette. It offered a nice view of the ocean and the marina. The bathroom was good over- all, however, I found the lighting to be too bright and white, especially at night. All in all it was a good experience, especially having a restaurant in the building. I would recommend it to a friend and would stay again.

Really appreciated the kitchen. And the balcony and chairs and small table was nice. We enjoyed seeing all of the planes, boats and cars driving and flying by. The staff is excellent! Plenty of towels and wash cloths for our 5 night stay. Very close to the beach. We were able to use the complementary dryer and coffee maker in the lobby. There was a broom available in our room which was very nice to have due to the sand. Wish I had a dust pan though. Overall very pleased.

Clean room. Staff displayed excellent customer service. Full kitchenette. No balcony or view to the ocean, but view to nearby pier and boats. Pool was slated to be closed, but was actually open which was great. Close to shops and restaurants.

I did see one cockroach in the kitchen area. Nothing to panic about. Rooms were clean, staff friendly. I thought the fridge was broken. Staff did offer for me to use their employee fridge until fridge could be checked the next morning. We had fresh deli meat and didn’t want to put it in their fridge. So we decided to grab ice to keep it cool for the night. Several ice machines were down and staff did get us a bag of ice from the restaurant at the hotel. Turns out the fridge was unplugged. Worked fine! I’d still stay here again. They were doing some construction work and did bring a note to let us know.

The ice machine didn’t work on our floor or the other 2 floors that we checked so I just assumed they all didn’t work. We checked in on Friday and our AC unit wasn’t working. They couldn’t get the unit to work until Saturday late evening. Saturday weather was hot but our room felt hotter than outside. I understand the reasoning of the pool hours, adults only the first and last 2 hours of operation, but wished it wasn’t so as my kids looked forward to swimming. Other than the listing above, stay was nice. It was close and convenient within walking distance to the beach and to their event area. That was definitely a treat!

Staff was nice, short walk to the beach, room wasnt cleaned very well and i axtually used the broom left in the room to sweep it and the blankets were ragged. Had to ask for extra trash bags. Check in time took about 20 minutes due to the long line waiting.
