"The Plaza Resort Hotel has an antique charm, but what impressed me most was how well-maintained and clean everything was. Our room was spacious, and the carpet was clean with no unpleasant or musty smell, unlike some other hotels we’ve stayed in. The bed was also large and soft, making our stay comfortable. One minor thing I noticed was that the bathroom sink was quite low, almost as if it were designed for children. It wasn’t a big issue, though. The parking garage was a little intimidating at first because it has three to four levels, and the ramps are narrow. When driving up, you need to honk twice to alert cars coming down that you’re approaching, so extra caution is necessary. Overall, I would still recommend The Plaza Resort Hotel. The helpful staff, spacious rooms, and excellent cleanliness made our stay enjoyable. It’s a great option if you appreciate a hotel with vintage charm that is still well cared for."

"This is a nice hotel, but the bed was so soft that it sank when you sit/lie down (I am 105 lbs); causing sleepless night with back pain. The drain in the shower was partially clogged, I have to stop running the water intermittently to let it drain. This maybe an isolated incident to this one room. The view from the room was beautiful ! Overall a good trip."

"While my husband and I sat at the café eating dinner a security person came up to him and asked him to pull his shirt down over his butt Crack. My husband's body made in a way that it happens, he has dealt with it all his life. Let me tell we we're both insulted. The woman that asked the security to say something was rude if you ask me."

"This was the second time I have stayed at Sugarloaf Mtn Hotel. The rooms are small but clean and newly remodeled and in good condition. Having a small market on site was a plus. Parking right outside our room was also nice."
