"The hotel is in a great location and has a beautiful beach. It has so much potential but just needs a little facelift in the halls and some of the rooms. The staff is absolutely incredible and made our stay very special. I love the lobby bar and the vibe in the entrance. The updated rooms are gorgeous and Melodie at the front desk was seriously the best. "

"Let’s start with the good. Wonderful staff, very accommodating, amazing food, pool area is fantastic and great accommodation. Not so good. My husband stepped on a shard of glass in our room outside area that had a sunken Jacuzzi. One of the front desk ladies told us all sunken Jacuzzis were not working and jets had been turned off. When chatting with other guests around the pool that was not the case. It would just have been nice if they told us the truth."
