"I had a wonderful stay. The hotel had everything I hoped for … clean, quiet room, great breakfast in an elegant dining room. I especially enjoyed the Reception Staff … warm, friendly and very helpful. But all the staff were kind and cheerful and ready to assist with any request. The location is perfect, close to restaurants , shopping and the CBD … but still quiet and close to nearby parks and leafy streets. Thanks to all!"

"Need more blankets in the rooms. It was cold and we couldn't work out how to turn on the heater. Towel rail broken and kept falling off. Location, check in and out were excellent. "

"Bathoom was clean, but wall near beds was dirty. Room was well stocked for breakfast, I especially appreciated the lactose free milk given to me for my stay, bed could be more comfortable. Airconditioner was loud and rattled. Staff were awesome, meals were beautiful. Walkway to dining room is very steep and has dangerous potholes especially hard for disabled to get to dining room and back. Outside light timer didn't work, lights didn't turn on until after 10pm, which made using the steep walkway...

"I used to live in this area, so it was great catching up with friends and family and visiting the beach. The room was huge and clean with a quirky colour scheme. I loved it."

"I took a chance on this motel as I was needed a last might booking. I was greeted with friendliness and made to feel welcome from the start. Everything was explained and also sent to me in a text. Which was good because I forget things. The room is basic but was clean and comfortable. Nice big shower in a bathroom which was also very clean and amazing shower head. Couldn’t see a Power point though but there’s one on the wall in the main room and I made it work. Nice smelling body wash and...
