"We had a great stay. The room had everything we needed, and it was new. There was one incident that could be improved. Upon checkout, there was a person checking out ahead of me and the front desk attendant called him Mr. So and so and asked if everything was OK during his stay. She was super kind and you could tell she was putting in effort to treat this person well. When I walked up to the desk expecting the same treatment, I got called by my first and last name and did not get asked if everything was OK during the day. The front desk attendant just said “OK you’re good to go”. I did not get the same warm tone or welcoming vibe. I felt as though I was treated differently than the guest ahead of me. I am a rewards member and a professional person (not travelling for work this time) but none of that should matter as all guests should be treated the same. Food for thought"

"We were there for 16 days and everything was great. We even left for 5 days to come back and everything was found as we left it. Very kind home owners. I would suggest a few chairs in the back with a small table. You could sit and have a coffee in the morning or glass of wine the evening. But this is an EXCELLENT choice for a stay."
