The staff were so lovely and made our stay even more pleasant with adding little personal touches to our room for our celebration. Breakfast was also good and had lots of options. "

Only suggestion would be to keep the orange juice cold. But it’s England! The staff were superb friendly helpful, would definitely return there if in London."
