"A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. "My daughter's wedding was at the nearby Chateau de Morganex. We rented Jacques home so our family could all be together in one place. It was fabulous! Jacques and his wife were so welcoming and friendly and the home was gorgeous. It was exactly what we were hoping for! The pool was lovely. I can't say enough wonderful things about it. "The place is perfect and Carlos and his wife very nice and ensuring that everything’s perfect for us. We traveled during the Christmas holiday and a Christmas tree was setup in the chalet for us. "Great place for our family of 3 generations & 9 people. Everyone loved the pool! Convenient for trips into Annecy or tour around lake. More restaurants nearby than expected- but plan on reservations. The HEAT! We’d rather not discuss.....but it was record breaking for France....."

"Phillip and Charlotte were the perfect hosts, there when needed but otherwise left us to enjoy the property, which, I have top say is first class. lots of room, plenty of equipment, dishes, pans etc. The rear garden was where we spent most of our evenings, there were 6 of us, motorcyclists, we cooked or BBQ'd every night and bought beer, wine from the local shop and relaxed and chatted about the ride we had undertaken during the day. The surrounding area is spectacular as you would expect, great...

"Was a bit far for Annecy Film festival, but bus was very close and ran frequently. Staff were helpful and room was very comfortable. Nice to have kitchen. Parking was small extra charge per day. "
