"We stayed in an apartment. I loved the property and its relaxed feel and location. Some lovely walks are available close by. The reception staff spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. They are very spacious, warm and clean, but very self contained. The bed was comfortable but pillow choice was limited. Kitchen was nice with 2 hot plates, no oven or frying pan. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working and was not fixed during our stay....

"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. "C'est un hôtel familial avec un accueil et une bienveillance inouïs. C'est tellement rare de nos jours... Facile d'accès et vraiment proche de Lourdes, l'environnement est sympa. Le petit déjeuner est "maison", confitures, Yaourts, quatre-quart, bref notre hôtesse était aux petits soins. Et que dire de son époux, qui nous attendait le 1er soir (PMI la soirée finissait tard) pour nous guider et éclairer sur le parking de l'hôtel! Bref je recommande. Pour aller à Lourdes, 6 km, peu de bus,...
