We talked with other guests, and they told us that there is no hot water already from the day before. So in my check-in they already new that. We had no shower for 2 days. No hot water and not even sorry from the part of the hotel. We check out without having a hot water...and shower. For the breakfast we found tables dirty, missing plates, forks, cups to make a coffee etc. In check out we expected some info from the reception, but there was no interest at all to talk with us."

"The hotel is located about 200 m from a sandy beach. Our room was spacious with a sea view and large balcony. The room was kept spotless clean by daily service. Buffet breakfast was a real treat, excellent selection of warm and cold dishes. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly. There is a sizable pool on the grounds of the hotel. It is easy to reach the center of Rimini by bus #2, the bus stop is in front of the hotel. There is a good supermarket nearby, D'piu."
