"This is a great place to stay. Close enough to Lamego for quick visits and far enough away to relax and enjoy the area, view and sound of the river outside your window. Henrique and Francesca were great hosts, living just above us. Their brand new baby boy is a wonderful blessing for them. Unit is close to grocery shopping and all the area in the Northern part of Portugal. Enjoyed very much. "

"We had a great time at Quinta das Tilias Douro Valley. The view does not disappoint...beautiful!It was easy to find with the instructions given and Marcos was always available to answer questions before and after arrival. The property is quiet and peaceful. Easy parking for several cars. There is also a small grocery store less than a 5 minute drive away. There wasn't a lot of English spoken there, but we were able to get everything we needed with no problems. The weather was cool and damp...
