"Lack of air conditioning can be an issue on warm nights .. I know it’s against the law in the mountains.. and staff did provide a fan on request.. could use a bit more natural light in the common spaces downstairs at the lobby"

"Everything about my room was wonderful. Only problem I had was I came late and parked in the wrong parking lot (beside/next to the hotel), when it was supposedly the one across. I wasn't able to read the message on time and was in a hurry already to retire for the day. Apart from that, the place is nice."

"Have been coming to Hotel Butterfly for many summers as a base to hike the mountains and enjoy Zermatt. Close to train station, excellent staff, delicious and varied breakfast, clean and well appointed rooms and lobby and food related areas, safe and quiet surroundings. I could go on and on. See you next summer ☺️"
