Great location Great staff and friendly

In short, next time we are in Amsterdam, we have every intention of staying here again! We loved our time here and were very pleased with our decision. The included breakfast was expansive and delicious. The bed was great! They had an extra comforter for my wife's side to make it softer and then my side without the extra bit was perfect for me. The room was super quiet and the balcony had a nice view of the water. On top of all this, one of the staff, Tess, made so much time for us it was amazing! She took the time to give us a bunch of restaurant recomendations as well as to discuss Dutch culture. She even gave us a kind note and gift on our last day. She is a gem and the hotel made a great decision in hiring her! Oh, and they let us check in early, and check out wasn't until 12pm. This hotel is excellent in every way!

Beautiful venue, kind staff, great hotel.

Lovely hotel, staff & amenities. Stayed for 4 nights with a family of 5 (girls & boys triple rooms!) but lovely for couples or solos too. Amazing breakfast. 20 mins from Centraal station. Loved it & may well return.
