Estacionamento poucas vagas e muito apertado para manobrar. Limpeza do banheiro precisa melhorar, em especial em relacao as paredes. Travesseiros são duros e bem desconfortáveis, ao menos no 613. Boa iluminação do quarto. Café da manhã bom e disponibilizam 24h café, chá e fruta na recepção. Há vaga para embarque e desembarque na porta do hotel, isso facilita o desembarque das malas.

Hotel em reforma, o que deveria ser avisado no checkin, o barulho das obras na piscina do hotel começaram às 7h53 o que é no mínimo um absurdo muito grande. O café da manha nem mesmo razoavel, pra terminar a maquina de café estava quebrada.

O hotel fica numa boa localização, tem um bom atendimento, mas deixou muito a desejar no quesito internet. O wifi não pegava no quarto e nem o 4G. Fiz várias reclamações na recepção pois precisava trabalhar e não foi resolvido. Então, se você precisa usar internet, não recomendo o hotel.

Boa estadia. Hotel muito bem localizado. Pode ser melhorada a cama de casal, que no quarto em que fiquei, eram duas de solteiro juntas. O café da manhã, pelo valor para ser adquirido, pode melhorar também, com mais opções. Tirando os pontos citados achei as demais infraestruturas muito boas e modernas.

Boa estadia, mas restaurante deixou a desejar

Bons momentos. Café da manhã comercial. No entanto, gostaria de destacar a necessidade de melhorias no restaurante. Fiz o pedido no jantar, a la carte, e me informaram que demoraria de 10 a 15 minutos. Esperei quase uma hora, e a comida não estava a contento. São apenas observações para que a gerência do hotel tenha conhecimento e oriente seus funcionários para melhor servir seus clientes.

Localização OK, staff OK, segurança OK, Café da manhã OK, quarto espartano, sem luxo, camas com a base sem forro, muito barulho nos corredores, limpeza do quarto era feita depois do almoço, não pudemos usar o upgrade gold pq não havia quartos disponíveis para família nessa categoria, amenities beeeem simples, secador do banheiro muito fraco (pedimos outro, tbm ruim)……. Toalhas com qualidade ruim! Caro para o que oferece!
