Simplesmente tudo perfeito. Equipe fantástica, o que tornou um ambiente já agradável em uma ótima experiência. Parabéns a todos os trabalhadores do Fragata. Sempre que vou à Guarapari costumo ficar em Airbnb pois gosto mais da região central, mas a excelência desse hotel me fez repensar isso. Voltarei a me hospedar com eles. Recomendo.

Fiquei hospedado 1 noite, a cama horrível, um buraco no colchão, quarto em pessimas condições, cafe da manha razoável, hotel parece aqueles de beira de estrada ou rodoviária, nao indico ninguém, sem contar que nao emitiram a minha nota fiscal, alegando que eu tinha que recorrer ao site no qual fiz a reserva, corram desse hotel, o unico ponto positivo sao os funcionários, muitos educados e solicitos.
