It has 1 suite with air conditioning and wardrobe, plus 1 bedroom with wardrobe with double bed and bunk bed and is also provided 2 loose mattresses. Bathroom in luxury glass, Full kitchen with stove (gas included) microwave, pressure cooker, cutlery, sandwich maker, coffee maker, refrigerator, filtered water, six pack ... TV FUL HAD 5 seater sofa, 1 private garage. Located at Av. Atlantica number 1512 to 200m from the beginning of Morro Beach. In the next block has bakery in the beach center 200m has supermarket, Banks, lottery house, pharmacy etc ... Guarapari Center 15 minutes walking. Meaipe 15 by car and quarry 5 minutes by car. Victoria Airport and downtown 40 minutes by car.

Posso falar que o imóvel é ótimo, tudo que precisa numa casa pra lavar, passar, cozinhar e ter conforto, ele tem!!! então recomendo pra pessoas que gostem de um local ótimo pra passar as férias, se ano que vem eu voltar com certeza ficaria lá, sem sombra de dúvidas!!! Muito bom!

Imóvel em ótimas condições, pertinho da praia, comércio.. A única observação é que o ventilador de teto em um dos quartos fica muito próximo dá cama superior do beliche podendo causar algum acidente.. Sugiro trocar por ar condicionado .. Recomendo com certeza!
