This is like an apartment hotel or extended stay hotel, which I did not realize when I booked it. The furniture was worn in the room. It did have an airconditioner in the bedroom which was nice. The breakfast in the morning was a good breakfast.

Quarto pequeno e ruim, ar condicionado antigo demais não dava nem pra aumentar ou diminuir a temperatura, não tinha nenhum cobertor disponível quando chegamos e ao pedir só tinha 1 e éramos duas pessoas. Atacou forte a rinite da minha colega.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, em frente à praia do canto, tem muitos restaurantes próximos, supermercado e farmácia bem acessíveis. Quanto ao quarto, deixou muito a desejar. Não tinha limpeza diária e pensando que o hotel fica em frente à praia, é bem dificultoso isso, visto que areia se espalha facilmente. A limpeza do quarto também deixou muito a desejar. Ofertam alguns itens básicos de cozinha, mas não tem ao mínimo uma esponja e detergente para lavar o que sujou (foi pedido na portaria e informaram não ter). O microondas estava sujo, sem condições de uso e as cortinas também. O ar condicionado é antigo, então não gelava bem e a televisão é bem antiga, então sem condições de assistir algo lá. O café da manhã é bom e atende bem para uma refeição boa. Enfim, esperávamos algo e não foi nem perto do que planejávamos. Tem muita coisa que poderiam informar na descrição (principalmente da limpeza que não é feita diariamente, porque assim os hóspedes podem se programar a levar toalhas e roupas de camas para troca).

O HOTEL TEVE PREÇO BOM, BOA LOCALIZAÇÃO E RECEPÇÃO EDUCADA E RÁPIDA. O APARTAMENTO ERA GRANDE E CONFORTÁVEL. A VISTA DA SACADA PARA O MAR É LINDA PONTOS NEGATIVOS: AS PAREDES E PORTAS MUITO SUJAS, NA PARECE DE FRENTE O VASO MUITA SUJEIRA QUE SEJA A SER NOJENTO. A INTERNET CAI MUITO, NÃO CONSEGUIR USAR A INTERNET DE LÁ. Infelizmente a estadia não foi como esperada,não tem serviço de quarto,falta panelas p cozinhar,tive que comprar um jogo de panelas!!!a diária não eh barata p não ter um serviço de quarto!a pia da cozinha estava meio entupida e não tinha ralo p segurar a sujeira,as lixeiras dos banheiros e da cozinha não tinham tampas,fiquei 7 dias sem serviço de quarto,sem limpeza ,apenas 1 dia que foi limpo pq fui reclamar na recepção,e fui informada que a mais ou menos 2.meses houve mudanças pois o hotel está se tornando residencial?deveria ser informado no site essa mudança....infelizmente foi a segunda vez que fiquei hospedada e dessa vez fiquei bem despontada,o quarto em si,eh ótimo,2 sacadas,2 banheiros e a cama eh maravilhosa!eu iria extender minha estadia até dia 02/05 mas aluguei um Airbnb a um quarteirão e tinha tudo que eu precisava!até produto de limpeza assim como panelas para cozinhar!e paguei um preço bem acessível com vista para a praia!O café do costa Victoria eh maravilhoso e gostaria de elogiar a Dona Maria que deixou tudo maravilhoso fora a simpatia não soh dela,mas de todos os funcionários....Mas infelizmente a estadia deixou muito a desejar desta vez!Acredito que não seja somente eu a reclamar.....e provavelmente eu não volte e não irei recomendar
