Hotel na modalidade residência. Em que pese o tamanho e algumas comodidades, está localizada em bairro nobre, mas com demasiado barulho. A porta de entrada permanece o tempo toda fechada, dependendo de funcionário da recepção para abrí-la. Às vezes ocorre da ausência do posto, o que causa espera para abrir. Não existe flexibilidade no horário do check-out. Nem mesmo na opção de pagamento meia diária. Fomos expulsos sem cerimônia e com direito a ligação para o quarto, logo após ao meio dia. Lamentável.

A recepção nao tem porta automática e eu estava com muita bagagem, e ninguém veio ajudar a abrir. Também não havia carrinho para auxiliar com o deslocamento das malas. O quarto não tem tomada. A única tomada disponivel é da TV. Não havia coberta no quarto.

Precisa urgente de reforma, assim na da para ficar

Hotel/Flat precisa urgente de uma reforma, paredes descascadas, móveis velhos, TV velha, enfim tudo velho, da uma impressão muito ruim de ficar, minha esposa queria ir embora tamanha precariedade. Atendimento da recepção muito bom e café da manhã bem razoável, eu não volto mais !!!

A conservação dos aptos está sofrível. Luzes queimadas no quarto, marcenaria descascando e porta do box do banheiro travando. A cama confortável e o café da manhã salvam. Mas o estabelecimento definitivamente precisa de uma reforma seria.

Boa localização porém prédio antigo e limpeza do local ruim. A TV era antiga e não funcionava corretamente. Os móveis são velhos e o ar-condicionado sujo. As roupas de cama também não era das melhores e além do mais não estavam limpas como esperado. A única coisa boa do lugar é a localização.
